Small group discussion continued surrounding annual review of the language within The Compact. All of the recommended changes are charted and will be decided at the next CSC meeting.
Training Related to the Compact
The group gathered story and interest about training for Compact.
CSC used to schedule and review training that was required of all new employees and offered to all employees, community members, and the board. Training was on relationship building, interest based process, and the Compact. Great depth and designed to provide sustainability.
In depth training has not been offered for five or more years. Milepost trainings began to provide whole organization training.
There is interest to sustain the Compact, development of leadership throughout the district, not repeating pre-Compact actions, strengthening relationships.
