2014-15 Enrollment Begins Jan. 17

Keep an eye on the mail or your email inbox. Parents should be receiving a letter this week with important enrollment information for the upcoming school year.

Open enrollment for the 2014-15 school year begins on Friday, Jan. 17 and runs through Friday, Jan. 31, 2014. When logging onto, parents will be able to choose their top three school choices.

You will need a user name and password to begin the online process. For families already established in the district, letters containing a unique user name and password for each student should arrive in the coming days. If you have an email address registered in Infinite Campus, this information will be emailed to you. If there is not an email address associated with your household, this letter should arrive in the mail. For incoming kindergarten students or families new to the district, you will not receive a letter. Instead, when the online enrollment window opens, you simply log on as a student new to the district. If you do not receive this letter by Friday, Jan. 17, please call Central Enrollment at (307) 253-3195.

If your children are currently enrolled and you wish to keep them in their same school, you need not participate in this process. Only those who are switching schools, entering kindergarten, middle school, or high school, or those new to the district will need to go online during this two week window.

If you miss this enrollment window, Central Enrollment will place your children where seats are available.

Don’t miss the LIVE chat on the Natrona County School District’s Facebook page on Wednesday, Jan. 15 from noon to 1 p.m. NCSD enrollment experts will be online answering your last minute questions.
